Welcome to Mary Chase Hopkins
Mary Chase Hopkins, RCT, MARCH, has been a complementary health therapist for over twenty-five years. Twenty of those years have been practising Colon Hydrotherapy, ten of which were at The Hale Clinic in central London. As a result of her diverse training she has a wholistic approach towards treatment. This has been brought about in part by her experience and desire to understand the root causes of illness.
Numerous guest appearances have been made by Mary on terrestrial and satellite TV, such as GMTV, This Morning, Richard and Judy, Terry Wogan, BBC3, and several other programmes. She has also featured in publications in the national press and magazines, including The Times, The Independent, The Daily Mail, The Evening Standard, Metro, Women's Own, FHM, The London Magazine and Health and Fitness magazine, to name but a few. Radio appearances include Women's Hour, Five Alive, James Whales' show and others.
Her comprehensive range of treatments include:
Colon Hydrotherapy - An internal bath that helps cleanse the colon of toxins, gas and accumulated faecal waste. Disposable equipment is used once only for each treatment. Modesty is well preserved throughout the treatment. Warm filtered water is intermittently introduced to your colon at a safe, low pressure.
Electro-Lymphatic Therapy - An advanced pain free treatment that stimulates the second major waste disposal system of the body, the lymphatic system, in order to cleanse, renew and strengthen the body's defences. This treatment addresses oedema (fluid retention), circulatory problems and a lowered resistance to illness.

Mary Chase Hopkins has a wealth of experience and her primary focus has always been on detoxification, with a view to achieving wellness. Mary is also a Glyconutritional Wellness Consultant advising on essential glyconutrients. These vital monosaccahrides are largely missing from our food due to modern farming practices. Their absence predisposes us to numerous health complaints. She educates about and advises upon the use of these essential nutrients which positively enable our bodies to experience optimal health. Mary is also a member of the Association and Register of Colon Hydrotherapists.
